What is Ravevent?

Ravevent is a planning tool for festivals, raves and club nights. It combines artist management, multi-stage timetabling, team collaboration and live timetable sharing in one place — so your crew stops juggling spreadsheets and group chats.

Can I use it right now?

Ravevent is currently in private beta. Request an invite and we’ll get you in as soon as possible. Public sign-up opens after the beta.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately, and you can cancel in the customer portal — you keep full access until the end of the billing period.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU, GDPR-compliant. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Which languages are supported?

The app is available in English and German. The timetables you share with your audience work in any browser, on any device.
