1. Scope of Service
Ravevent is a web-based event planning tool.
By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the service without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Ravevent.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Paid Subscriptions & Right of Withdrawal
Some features require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed exclusively by our payment service provider Stripe.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days.
If you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided.
You can cancel a subscription at any time via the customer portal.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence we are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation.
8. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time via your profile settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
